Gagal Jantung (GJ) dewasa ini telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup tinggi di seluruh dunia, karena dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya angka kesakitan, kematian, beban biaya dan penurunan produktivitas. Gagal jantung sendiri banyak ditandai dengan adanya intoleransi terhadap aktivitas fisik, yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya perasaan mudah lelah dan sesak nafas saat melakukan aktifitas fisik yang minimal sekalipun.
