IsiKuliah yang diberikan:

Pengertian dan peranan Okupasi Terapi dalam praktik di Indonesia dan seluruh dunia yang terstandarisasiberdasarkan WFOT. Peran okupasi terapi dalam pemeriksaan pasien harus benar-benar mengikuti prosedur dan tatacara yang berlaku sesuai dengan keadaan dan kondisi kliennya.Ada 4 hasil multidimensional dari intervensi OT:

Fungsi (fungsi komponen performance)

Performance okupasi (kemandirian dlam AKS, kerja & leisure)

Kesehatan (meningkatnya status gejala, pencegahan disabilitas)

Kualitas hidup (partisipasi bertujuan dlm komunitas, emosi, keseimbangan aktifitas dan istirahat, kepuasan hidup)

Dalam melakukan pemeriksaan ada beberapacara dalam proses pemeriksaan seperti; Proses mengumpulkan informasi termasuk data subyektif dan obyektif, yang relevan dengan pensiapan rencana intervensi , Penilaian kritis terhadap kemampuan fungsional dalam AKS. Dilakukan melalui observasi klinis, tes, prosedur umum pd tempat praktek, & wawancara klien, Pemeriksaan bersifat formatif -terus menerus dan menyediakan terapis dengan dokumentasi (yang berkelanjutan) tentang kemajuan klien.

Prosedur Identifikasi Kerangka acuan – Memilih prosedur pemeriksaan yg tepat

Pemeriksaan komprehensif - wawancara terstruktur, tugas administrasi, observasi, memperoleh data yg dibutuhkan utk merencanakan treatmen

Analisis data – Identifikasi peran hidup, diagnosis disfungsi peran, membuat daftar masalah&aset

Membuat rencana treatmen – menentukan tujuan, metode berdasarkan masalah, aset, peran hidup, kebutuhan, nilai2, lingkungan

Mengimplementasikan rencana
