Lomba karya tulis dan foto tahun ini mengusung tema: “INDONESIA’S CEMENT INDUSTRY: NOW and THE FUTURE” (Industri Semen Indonesia: Kini dan Esok), dengan sub tema “Posisi dan Geliat PT Semen Indonesia(Persero) Tbk di bisnis semen/perspektif Indonesia dan Asia”. Dan “Business Development dan Project PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
Hadiah yang disediakan panitia sebesar 195 juta rupiah, untuk 3 kategori, dengan rincian tiap – tiap kategori, juara I Rp 25 juta, juara II Rp 15 jura, Juara III Rp 10 juta. Serta masing – masing Rp 5 juta untuk juara harapan I, II dan III.
