Telah wafat, Prof. Dr. dr. Sjukri Karim, SpJP(K), Guru besar Dept. Kardiologi dan Kedokteran Vaskuler FKUI pada Rabu 5 September 2012 pukul 18.16 WIB di RS Jantung Harapan Kita. Sebagai tanda penghormatan terakhir, Almarhum Prof. Sjukri akan disemayamkan di Rumah Sakit Jantung Harapan Kita, pada kamis (6/9) pukul 08.00 WIB. Setelah itu, jenazah akan dimakamkan di Pemakaman Keluarga Cimanggis pada pukul 10.00 WIB. Alamat rumah duka di Jalan Maluku No. 23, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat 10350.
