Sehubungan dengan peniadaan pelaksanaan kegiatan Character Building Training UI 2012 berdasarkan SK Rektor No. 573/H2.R/2012 tertanggal 31 Juli 2012 perihal Pemberitahuan Peniadaan Kegiatan ESQ (CBT-red) dan Surat Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan No. 860/H2.R1/PDP.01.00/2012 tertanggal 8 Agustus 2012 Perihal Perubahan jadwal kegiatan awal mahasiswa baru UI. Mahasiswa yang telah membayar CBT UI, dana yang telah dibayarkan akan dikembalikan sesuai dengan dana yang telah dibayarkan.

tentang Penetapan Hari Pemungutan Suara Pemilihan Umum Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta Putaran kedua sebagai Hari yang Diliburkan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, maka diberitahukan bahwa pada:

Sehubungan dengan adanya libur memperingati Hari Kemerdekaan RI serta cuti bersama Idul Fitri, maka kami menginformasikan bahwa Layanan Publikasi & Layanan Informasi UI tidak beroperasi mulai tanggal 17 Agustus hingga 26 Agustus 2012. Layanan akan beroperasi kembali pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2012.

1. Kegiatan Character Building Training Universitas Indonesia (CBT-UI) 2012 yang seyogyanya dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24, 25, 26, dan 27 Agustus 2012 dinyatakan ditiadakan pelaksanaannya dan akan dilaksanakan dengan jadwal yang akan ditentukan kemudian.

2. Pada tanggal 15-26 Agustus 2012 untuk mahasiswa baru dinyatakan tidak ada kegiatan di kampus (Libur Lebaran)

3. Pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2012 kegiatan KAMABA Program S-1 Reguler diatur oleh Manajer Kemahasiswaan masing-masing fakultas.
