Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hukum indonesia, Universitas Indonesia (UI), Leiden University, dan Groningen University mengadakan kerja sama untuk membangun sistem pendidikan dengan menguatkan pengajaran dan kapasitas penelitian di bidang hukum di seluruh fakultas di Indonesia. Hal ini disampaikan saat Seminar Internasional “Building Blocks for te Rule of Law” di Ruang Terapung Perpustakaan UI pada Selasa (26/6) yang dihadiri oleh Mas Achmad Santosa, S.H.,LLM, Prof Alex Geert Castermans dari Leiden University, Prof. Dr. B. Arief Shidarta, dan Dr. Tristan P. Moeliono, S.H., LLM.
