Dalam rangka memberikan informasi terbaru kepada publik mengenai perkembangan terkini perkembangan penyakit meningitis, FKUI melalui Center for Research and Integrated Development of Tropical Health and Infectious Disease (CRID-TROPHID) bersama Departemen Neurologi FKUI-RSCM dan Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Saraf Indonesia Cabang Jakarta mengadakan acara "Guest Lecture: Meningitis Update." Acara ini diadakan Kamis (26/07) di Ruang Serbaguna Pratista Sutomo Tjokronegoro, Kampus Salemba. Peserta acara ini adalah para dokter spesialis, mahasiswa, dan khalayak umum. Pembicara utama dalam acara Kuliah Tamu ini adalah Renout Van Crevel M.D., Ph.D, dari Radboud University, Nijmegen Medical Centre, Netherland dan dr. Darma Imran, Sp. S(K)., M.D. dari Departemen Neurologi FKUI.
