Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari dengan bentuk acara sebagai berikut.
1. Pemaparan materi oleh narasumber ahli terkait topik pembahasan dalam plenary dengan pembahasan oleh beberapa panelis.
2. Pemaparan hasil penelitian dari peserta yang abstrak penelitiannya telah terpilih sebagai sarana penyampaian evidence ilmiah terkait topik yang dibicarakan.
3. Presentasi poster penelitian yang berkaitan dengan topik yang dibicarakan.
