Sama seperti semester sebelumnya, para calon lulusan yang akan diwisuda pada semester gasal 2013/2014, wajib mengunggah naskah lengkap skripsi/tesis/disertasi ke laman lib.ui.ac.id/unggah. Selain itu, calon lulusan juga wajib mengunggah naskah pendek dalam bentuk artikel jurnal sepanjang 10—20 halaman. Kedua naskah tersebut harus diunggah paling lambat 21 Februari 2014.

Selain melakukan pengunggahan file digital, calon lulusan juga harus menyerahkan dokumen cetak ke Perpustakaan UI. Selanjutnya, mahasiswa dapat meminta verifikasi naskah yang telah diunggah kepada pustakawan. Sementara itu, mahasiswa UI yang berada di Kampus Salemba dapat meminta verifikasi kepada pustakawan di perpustakaan masing-masing.

Terdapat beberapa pilihan tipe konten yang tersedia di web aplikasi unggah UIANA. Mahasiswa yang menghasilkan karya ilmiah berupa laporan magang atau tugas karya akhir dapat memilih tipe konten “Karya Akhir” pada pilihan konten tersebut. Sementara itu, mahasiswa yang menghasilkan karya berupa makalah atau artikel, dapat memilih tipe konten “Makalah Non-Seminar”. Selanjutnya, mahasiswa profesi dapat memilih tipe konten “Profesi” dan mahasiswa program spesialis dapat memilih tipe konten “Spesialis”.

Untuk karya ilmiah seperti makalah non-seminar dan karya akhir, mahasiswa tidak perlu menyerahkan dokumen cetak ke Perpustakaan UI. Begitu pula dengan mahasiswa program profesi dan spesialis. Untuk mencetak “Bukti Unggah”, mahasiswa dapat mengunduhnya pada web aplikasi unggah. (KHN)
