Mengangkat tema “Bersatu Itu Hebat”, Homecoming Day 2014 kembali mengundang alumni UI dari berbagai angkatan untuk kembali ke kampus. Acara akan semakin semarak karena pelaksanaan Homecoming Day tahun ini diadakan bersamaan dengan puncak acara Dies Natalis UI pada 16 Februari mendatang. Pada tanggal tersebut, sejak pagi pukul 07.00 alumni akan diajak untuk berjalan santai dan bersepeda keliling Kampus UI Depok. Selanjutnya, bekerja sama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) akan berlangsung kegiatan donor darah di Balairung pada pukul 10.00. Sebelumnya, calon pendonor harus melakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu di laman ini.

Siang harinya, acara berlanjut dengan panggung musik di Taman Melingkar Perpustakaan UI. Tak tanggung-tanggung, panggung musik akan menampilkan musisi-musisi handal seperti Kahitna, Once, Chaseiro, Orkes Moral PSP, Solid 80, KadriJimmo, Payung Teduh, dan Suddenly September. Selain itu, acara juga akan diramaikan dengan pasar jajanan kampus, pameran karya seni dan foto.
