Direktorat Kemahasiswaan Universitas Indonesia menyelenggarakan program "Indonesia Development Program : Global Leaders, Indonesia Colors". Program ini merupakan rangkaian program kepemimpinan mahasiswa berbasis kampus yang ditujukan untuk mengoptimalkan dan mengakselerasi potensi bibit-bibit muda Indonesia.
