Senin (29/10), Djokosoetono Research Centre bekerja sama dengan LK2 FHUI menyelenggarakan acara Diskursus bertema, “Transaksi Jual Beli Pulau di Indonesia: Investasi atau Kejahatan?”di Moot Court Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia.

Diskursus merupakan kegiatan rutin Djokosoetono Research Centre atau yang biasa disebut DRC. Kegiatan berupa diskusi mengenai suatu permasalahan hukum yang aktual. Diskursus kali ini mengangkat tema tentang jual beli pulau di Indonesia. Jual beli pulau di Indonesia selalu menjadi hal yang sensitif karena meyangkut dengan kedaulatan negara dan merupakan bagian dari tanah air Indonesia.

Hadir sebagai narasumber dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana, S.H., L.L.M., Ph.D. dan Bono Budi Priambodo, S.H., M.H. Diskursus ini membahas kegiatan jual beli pulau di Indonesia dan pengaturannya, dampak jual beli pulau terhadap kedaulatan, keamanan dan kesejahteraan negara, pengaturan jual beli pulau di negara lain, dan upaya pengaturan tentang hal ini di Indonesia.
