Departemen Olahraga Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia (BEM UI) bekerja sama dengan Komite Olimpiade Indonesia (KOI) menyelanggarakan Olympic Day pada sabtu (8/12) di Balairung Universitas Indonesia, Kampus Depok. Sebagai acara penutup dalam rangkaian Olimpiade UI 2012, Olympic Day hadir membawa semangat olimpisme “Excellence, Friendship, Respect.” Olympic Day sendiri terdiri dari fun bike dan talk show dengan Abdul Rauf (Komite Olimpiade Indonesia) dan La Paene Masara (Mantan atlet tinju Indonesia).

Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam UI kembali melahirkan doktor di bidang Ilmu Kimia pada Sidang Senat Akademik yang berlangsung pada Rabu (5/12) lalu di Aula BSM gedung C FMIPA UI. Dengan predikat memuaskan, Ratna Djamil, MSi, Apt berhasil mempertahankan disertasinya dihadapan tim penguji.

Ratna menjadi doktor ke 72 dari Program Doktor FMIPA UI. Disertasi dosen Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Pancasila ini berjudul “Isolasi dan Penentuan Struktur serta Uji Bioaktivitas Senyawa Kimia dari Daun Binahong Anredera cordifolia (Ten.)Steenis.”

Objektif
Menggerakan dan menghidupkan kembali lingkungan hidup peserta kompetisi melalui sebuah kampanye komunikasi kreatif, yang dapat menggalang aksi kerja sama, gotong royong dan kolaborasi masyarakat sekitar.

Senin (3/12), Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia menyelanggarakan kuliah umum dari Prof. Teruna J. Siahaan (University of Kansas) di Ruang Sidang Utama Fakultas Farmasi UI, Kampus Depok. Kuliah umum yang mengangkat tema “Tips and Tricks How to Publish an International Journal” ini dibuka oleh Prof. Dr. Yahdiana Harahap, M.S., Apt. selaku dekan Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia.

Memperingati Hari Internasional Disabilitas, Pusat Kajian Disabilitas FISIP UI menggelar Kuliah Umum dan diseminasi hasil penelitian bertajuk, “Removing Barriers to create an Inclusive and Accessible Society for All.” Acara yang digelar di ruang sidang lantai 5 (lima) Perpustakaan Pusat UI pada tanggal 4 Desember lalu ini mengundang civitas UI yang menyandang disabilitas, penentu kebijakan UI, mahasiswa UI, serta masyarakat umum.
