Komite Pengawas Pemira IKM UI 2012 atau yang selanjutnya disebut KP Pemira UI merupakan komite pengawas dalam penyelenggaraan Pemira. KP wajib bebas dari pengaruh pihak manapun terkait tugas dan wewenangnya. KP berkedudukan di universitas, serta bersifat mandiri dan sementara. KP inilah yang mengawasi tahapan penyelenggaraan Pemira IKM UI, mengawasi apa yang menjadi tugas dan kewajiban Panitia Pemira, dan menerima laporan dugaan pelanggaran terhadap peraturan mengenai Pemira IKM UI.
