Teater UI Gelar Pementasan “Orkes 3 Gobang”

Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Teater UI kembali menampilkan karya terbaiknya dalam lakon pementasan teater yang mengangkat naskah lagendaris yaitu “Orkes 3 Gobang ”. Pagelaran ini disutradarai oleh Alfian Siagia dengan 30 total pemain yang berasal dari mahasiwa fakultas yang berbeda-beda di UI.

Universitas Indonesia (UI) bekerja sama dengan TVOne mengadakan pagelaran ruwatan budaya pada Jumat (18/5) bertempat di Atrium Perpustakaan Pusat, Kampus UI Depok. Gelaran wayang kulit mengusung tema Pendadaran Kampus Sokalima yang disajikan oleh Sujiwo Tejo. Dalam gelaran tersebut diselenggarakan pula diskusi interaktif yang menghadirkan Prof. Dr. Moh. Mahfud, MD, SH, SU (Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi RI), Jend. (Purn) H. Endriartono Sutarto (Mantan Panglima TNI), Prof. Dr. KH Said Agil Siradj (Ketua MWA UI, Ketua PBNU) dan Prof. Dr. der Soz. Gumilar Rusliwa Somantri (Rektor UI).

Selama bulan April 2012, DPM UI telah melaksanakan beberapa kegiatan, diantaranya:

1. Open tender Project Officer OKK UI 2012, kemudian sudah dilakukan bidding pada tanggal 2 Mei 2012 dan PO terpilih diumumkan keesokan harinya. PO OKK UI 2012 yang terpilih adalah Cendy Adam (FH 2010).

2. Rapat dengar pendapat bersama BEM UI 2012 pada Selasa, 24 April 2012

3. Evaluasi 100 hari BEM UI 2012 pada Senin, 30 April 2012

4. Rapat dengar pendapat bersama MWA UI UM pada Kamis, 19 April 2012.

Bicara Indonesia adalah bicara tentang sebuah negeri yang besar. Selain memiliki jumlah penduduk terbesar keempat di dunia, Indonesia juga memiliki kekayaan alam dan budaya yang luar biasa melimpah. Dengan potensi yang sangat besar tersebut, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa bangsa ini membutuhkan para pemimpin muda masa depan yang memiliki kualitas dan wawasan global tanpa meninggalkan identitasnya sebagai warga negara yang mempunyai jati diri khas Indonesia.

RI-Belarusia: Lembar Baru Menuju Hubungan yang Lebih Baik

Sedikitnya jumlah kerja sama dengan Indonesia mendorong Belarusia ingin menjalin kerja sama yang lebih baik dalam bidang politik, ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. “Kami mendorong pemerintah Indonesia menyambut kerja sama yang ditawarkan oleh Belarusia terutama dalam bidang politik, ekonomi, dan sosial Budaya,” kata Berlian Napitupulu perwakilan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI dalam diskusi “RI – Belarusia: Lembar Baru Menuju Hubungan yang Lebih Baik”, Senin (14/5), di Auditorium Gedung 1 FIB UI.

Badan Otonom Pers Suara Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia (BO Pers SUMA UI) menyelenggarakan Peluncuran Majalah Suara Mahasiswa Edisi 28 pada Selasa, 15 Mei 2012 di Ruang Terapung, Perpustakaan Pusat UI, Kampus Depok. Majalah SUMA kali ini mengangkat tema “Musik di Persimpangan Kreativitas dan Komoditas”.

Ikatan Mahasiswa Arsitektur Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia (IMA FT UI) mengadakan acara bedah buku berjudul Mata yang Mendengar: Arsitektur bagi Tuna Rungu pada Selasa (15/5) di Ruang Sinema Perpustakaan Pusat UI, Kampus Depok. Buku ini ditulis oleh Meutia Rin Diani yang merupakan alumni program S1 Arsitektur UI. Meutia merupakan seorang difabel tunarungu yang mampu membuktikan bahwa seorang difabel mampu mencapai apapun yang diinginkan.

Gerakan UI Bersih mengadakan seminar bertema “Menuju Pendidikan Tinggi yang Berprestasi Melalui Otonomi Perguruan Tinggi” pada Sabtu (12/5) di Aula Gedung B Fasilkom, Kampus UI Depok. Seminar diadakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perguruan tinggi dengan otonomi dan penerapan good governance. Tema seminar dibahas dengan diskusi panel yang dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab antara pembicara dengan peserta yang berasal dari kalangan akademisi, mahasiswa dan umum.
