Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi, Peraturan Pemerintah Republik
Indonesia Nomor 66 Tahun 2010 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2010 tentang
Pengelolaan dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan, dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 34 Tahun
2010 tentang Pola Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Program Sarjana pada Perguruan Tinggi yang diselenggarakan
oleh Pemerintah, sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru program sarjana pada perguruan tinggi dilakukan melalui
seleksi secara nasional dan bentuk lain.
